Soy Sauce Eggs (JangJoRim) | 메추리알 장조림
I made some jangjorim which is a Korean side dish made from mainly eggs and soy sauce. I think there’s a similar dish across various East Asian countries.
Jangjorim is usually made with both beef and eggs but I made it using just the eggs. Once you make it, you can store it in the fridge and have it as a side dish every time you have rice.

Main ingredients:
1 Cup Water, 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce, 2-3 Tbsp of Sugar, ~40 quail eggs

Optional ingredients:
Garlic, green onion, kelp, cooking oligosaccharide, Cheongyang chili pepper, mirin (2Tbsp)

Optional ingredients are not essential, but will make it taste better so do put it in if you can.
